For GPs navigating a significant transition — a career crossroads, a change in role, or a period that needs more sustained attention. Ten sessions over five to six months, with a personality assessment to deepen self-understanding.

- 10 x 60-minute one-to-one coaching sessions
- MBTI personality assessment and full debrief session
- Between-session support via WhatsApp
- Reflection tools and resources throughout
- Email support

The Core Programme
6 sessions - £1,440 including VAT
The most popular option. Six sessions over three to four months - enough time to go deeper, notice patterns, and make real change.

- 6 x 60-minute one-to-one coaching sessions
- Between-session support via WhatsApp
- Reflection tools and resources throughout
- Email support

What to expect
Sessions are one to one, online via video call, and last 60 minutes. They are confidential - what you say stays between us.
There is no agenda to follow, no homework to complete, no right or wrong answers. We go where the conversation needs to go.
