Hi, I am Juliette

I work with intelligent, high functioning people who feel things are not quite going in the direction they want, together we rediscover what really matters.

I started my career as a registered nurse. For years I worked alongside children and families going through some of the most traumatic experiences of their lives. I knew my role wasn’t strictly clinical, a huge part of it was relational.

Being present with people at their most vulnerable, building enough trust that they could let someone in, was a deep priveledge. As my career developed and I moved into management and leadership, I moved further from those supportive relationships. I missed them.

When I found coaching I recognised the same quality of presence, the same kind of trust, the same possibility of making a difference to others.

I now work specifically with doctors and senior healthcare profesionals and leaders because it’s the world I know best. I worked for over 30 years as a nurse and strategic leader in primary, secondary and tertiary care, and from living alongside it.

My husband is a consultant in an acute specialty. I’ve watched his journey from being a junior doctor, I see daily what it costs to hold a demanding clinical role: the pressure, the impossible balance, what gets left over for everything else.

You don’t need to explain your world to me. I get it.

What I believe, very simply, is that awareness is change.

When people understand what’s actually going on, not the story they’ve been telling themselves, but what’s real, things start to shift on a deeper level. You don’t need to be told what to do. The knowing does the work.

My job is to help that understanding emerge. That means asking rather than telling. Noticing rather than advising. Challenging not rescuing. A conversation honest enough to be useful.
