For the purposes of UK data protection law, KLES Professional Services Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and through coaching services provided by Juliette Coaching.

What personal data we collect

We may collect the following types of personal information:

  • Contact information — your name, email address, and any other details you share when you get in touch via this website or by email

  • Professional information — your job title, organisation, and relevant professional context you share during coaching

  • Session notes — brief anonymised notes taken during or after coaching sessions to support the coaching process

  • Feedback and evaluation data — responses to post-coaching evaluation forms

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health information) unless you choose to share it in the course of coaching conversations. Any such information is handled with the same care and confidentiality described below.

How we use your personal data

We use your personal data to:

  • Respond to enquiries and arrange coaching sessions

  • Deliver coaching services and maintain continuity between sessions

  • Improve and develop our coaching practice

  • Meet our professional obligations as an EMCC-accredited practitioner, including maintaining records for ongoing accreditation validation

Our legal basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Contract — processing is necessary to deliver the coaching services you have engaged us for

  • Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries, maintain session notes, and improve our practice, where this does not override your rights

  • Legal obligation — where processing is required to comply with applicable law

Confidentiality and who we share data with

Everything discussed in coaching sessions is confidential. We will not share your personal information with any third party except in the following circumstances:

  • Coach supervision — as required by the EMCC Code of Ethics, Juliette discusses her coaching practice with a professional supervisor. Any reference to client work is anonymised. The supervisor is bound by their own professional code of practice.

  • Legal obligation — if we are required by law to disclose information, or if we have a genuine concern for your safety or the safety of others, we may share relevant information with appropriate parties. If this situation arises, we will tell you unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for marketing purposes.

How long we keep your data

Session notes are kept for a maximum of six months, after which they are securely destroyed. Contact and correspondence records are retained for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, and then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

  • Right to rectification — to ask us to correct inaccurate data

  • Right to erasure — to ask us to delete your personal data in certain circumstances

  • Right to restriction — to ask us to limit how we use your data

  • Right to object — to object to our processing based on legitimate interests

  • Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format
